Cocoa shells are the outer shells of the cocoa bean. By gently roasting the beans, the cocoa shells dissolve. They are basically a waste product that is produced during the production of cocoa powder. The cocoa shells are far too bad for that, because they can be used to prepare an aromatic, pleasantly chocolatey and extremely soothing tea for the senses.
Consumption / Application:
Put 1 teaspoon in a tea strainer or tea bag. Add hot water to the cup and let tea steep for a few minutes. If you want it more chocolatey, let the tea steep longer.
